Eva Marcille Net Worth $3 Million
Eva Marcille was born to a Puerto Rican father and African-American mother. Her middle – now stage name, Marcille, is an amalgam of her grandmothers’ names Marjorie and Lucille. She attended Clark Atlanta University at Atlanta, Georgia and was granted early admission into Vanderbilt Law School before joining “America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 3. In the show, she was often criticized for being short, standing at ‘only’ 5’7’(170cm). However, this did not stop her and she went on to win the title along with a modeling contract with Ford models, a CoverGirl cosmetics contract, and a spread in Elle magazine. This win launched her modeling career, soon gracing the covers of Women’s Health and Fitness, Cosmopolitan, IONA, King, and Essence magazines. She was also featured in Jewel, In Touch Weekly, WeTheUrban,, Unleashed,, Star Magazine, Elle, Elle Girl, and Lerner Catalog, as well as modeling for CoverGirl, DKNY, Samsung, Red by Marc Ecko, and Avon. Her runway shows include Marc Bouwer Fall, ELLEgirl presents Dare To Be You: Wal-Mart Meets America’s Next Top Models, Deborah Lindquist Spring, Naqada Spring, and 8th Annual Models Of Perfection Show. This was indeed a spectacular start to her career, and of course her net worth.
In addition to her modeling career, Eva is also an actor, guest-starring in TV shows such as “Smallville”, “Everybody Hates Chris”, “The Assistants”, “The Game”, and “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne”. However, she became particularly notable for her performance playing Tyra Hamilton in the soap opera “The Young and the Restless”, being nominated twice for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama Series. Eva also appeared in the reality show “Real Husbands of Hollywood” and “FNL’s Model Monday”, and became part of the main cast of the series “Born Again Virgin” playing the role of Tara. She also performed as host for “Rip the Runway”, “My Model Looks Better than Your Model” and “Hair Battle Spectacular”. Her movie credits now include “The Walk”, “Crossover”, and “I Think I Love My Wife”. Her net worth is still growing.
Aside from her acting credits, she has appeared in several music videos, such as Angie Stone’s “Baby” (featuring Betty Wright), 50 Cent’s “I Get Money” and Jamie Foxx’s “DJ Play a Love Song”. She was also mentioned in Lil’ Kim’s song, “I Know You See Me” and Missy Elliott’s “On & On”.
In 2006, she dated actor Lance Gross, whom she met at “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne”. The two became engaged in 2008 but broke-up in 2010. She then had a relationship with rapper Flo Rida for two years before dating singer-songwriter Kevin McCall in 2013, whom she has a daughter with, named Marley Rae McCall. She was Marcille’s first child and McCall’s second. However, the two split up in early 2015.
